Fiber
Moldex3D/Shell-Fiber helps
users to analyze the fiber orientation and the resultant thermo-mechanical
property distribution for fiber-reinforced plastic part.
With Moldex3D/Shell-Fiber,
users can understand the orientation of fiber and further
control the anisotropic shrinkage of fiber-reinforced part.
Based on midplane technology, it predicts fiber orientation
across thickness. The process-induced anisotropic shrinkage
and mechanical properties due to fiber orientation are then
taken into account for accurate warpage prediction.
